The Caffeinated Cleaners is made up of founder Joane Duff and her husband Alistair. After arriving in Australia in 2017 from the Philippines, Joane noticed that there was a need for the much heralded ‘Filipino hospitality’ in the cleaning services industry in Melbourne. She realized that many people don’t have the time to spend on cleaning when they are too busy running businesses and families. They (rightly so) consider regular cleaning to be a smart investment, and look for a company that is going to prioritize their families health as well as act ethically and efficiently. Our longer term mission and purpose, is to help you the customer – through our exceptional service – support workers in the cleaning space with real living wages outside of the unstable gig economy. This growth has not come by accident. Elite has always focussed on delivering great value to customers plus fantastic customer service. The old saying of “Look after your customer and they will reward you” is certainly true for us at Elite. We have customers that have used us for over 30 years.
